week seventy-two
A few ongoing projects.
I haven’t gotten that far with my sweater, just a couple of rows. I have done at least two more rows today, making the plain grey row more noticeable. From this picture, it isn’t obvious, but the curled bottom side will be the outside.
The other knitting project.
For some reason, my pictures wanted to take blurry pictures this morning. I spent the majority of last week knitting this. I have weaved in the ends but haven’t blocked it, hence the top and bottom are wavy.
It’s an infinity scarf and can wrap around my neck twice, but considering making this part of a sweater after I tried it around my chest and it is loose around that area. The rest would obviously be a neutral color.
I like how these two colors mixed make the coral more red than pinkish orange.
I was working on it, while sitting on a bench while waiting for Dylan to get out of school, and was approached by someone I assume works there and he asked if they will be socks. I said no, that it will be an infinity scarf.
I’ve finished one row of the embroidery thread using up the reds and pink.
There is also this mistake, which I’ve since frogged and wound the yarns into balls. I like them together but the green takes over the rest of the other yarn’s colors.
